October 1992, Ningbo Jia Le Clothing Company comes into existence;
December 1992. Ningbo Jia Le Clothing Company established a League branch; 1993-2003. each year was rated AAA grade enterprise;
1994, it was named one of the best national economic efficiency of township enterprise;
1995, it was honored as star enterprise and outstanding private enterprise by NingBo government;
December 1995. Ningbo Shen YongRi Clothing Company comes into existence, which is the first  hold corporate enterprise directly.
From 1996 to 2003,it was awarded a national annual foreign investment "double excellence" enterprise;
November 1998.ISO quality management system of the Jia Le Clothing Company passed the third-party formal verification;
1994-2003. each year was rated "exports earned advanced township enterprise",
in May 1999. Ningbo Jia Le Dyeing Company was founded by Ningbo Huayu dyeing factory.It is a welfare enterprise.
In November 1999, grassroots trade unions create "5 ones" engineering units; 2000-2001. it was rated as the foreign self-support trade exports advanced enterprise;
2001. Shen YongRi companies achieved ISO9002-94 Quality Management System Certification;
